3, put the fine Luo on the mouth of the barrel, the fermented wine into the Luo, with cool water on the wine, rubbing the rice with your hands until the wine rubbed down, the rest of the rice residue pouring. 5 kg of rice can be about 12.5 kg of filtered thick wine. Then pour the filtered sake into a pot and boil it. And then into the porcelain barrel, add sugar and cinnamon, that is, cinnamon thick wine.

1. Pick fresh and clean osmanthus flowers:
Picking fresh and clean osmanthus flowers is the key to making osmanthus wine. You can pick or buy fresh and uncontaminated osmanthus flowers in the fall when they are in full bloom, and use them the same day you pick or buy them. If you don't use them the same day, you can keep the cinnamon flowers in the refrigerator for no more than three days. Before use, you need to wash the cinnamon flowers and dry the water. Be careful not to wash it with hot water or soap, as this may destroy the cinnamon aroma and color. You will also need to cut away excess branches and impurities, leaving only the osmanthus flowers intact and undamaged.
2, master the correct brewing method and time:

You can shorten the steeping time in summer when the temperature is high, and extend the steeping time in winter when the temperature is low. During the steeping process, you can open the bottle cap every so often for air, and observe the osmanthus color and aroma changes.
