.2 cup all-purpose flour
. 1 tbsp baking powder
. 1 tsp salt
.1/3cup vegetable shortening
. 1 cup milk
Practice:
1, preheat the oven to 350F/ 175oC.
2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt evenly.
3. Add coffee milk partner or milk, mix well by hand and knead for a while.
4. Add the oil and mix it evenly by hand (maybe the oil will be on the dough at first, it doesn't matter, knead it for a while to make the oil and dough mix evenly).
5. Knead into several semi-castles or small balls (if the dough is sticky, knead it more). Put the kneaded dough on a baking tray sprayed with non-stick oil and put it in the oven 13- 16 minutes.
Learn from Papparoti in Parroty. I squeeze the coffee syrup onto the dough with a flower squeezing bag, and it tastes good. The skin has a sweet smell of coffee and sugar, which is more suitable for drinking coffee drinks. I made a thick paste by mixing espresso, powdered sugar, butter, flour and baking powder. After summing up my experience, I felt that if flour and baking powder were not added, the skin would look better, and if caramel or brown sugar was used instead of powdered sugar, the effect would be better and the color would look better with coffee. Like Pa Parroty Papparoti, I put a small piece of butter in it and it smells like butter when it comes out of the oven.
