Milk vegetarian: papaya, peanuts, red beans, black sesame seeds, nuts, lotus roots, day lilies, lettuce, peas, loofah, tofu, yuba, Zizania latifolia, soybean milk, soybean sprouts and black beans.
First, brown sugar millet porridge
Practice: Soak millet in water and cook porridge until it is completely pulpy, and then add brown sugar.
Second, black sesame soybean milk rice paste
Practice: pour the soaked red beans, black sesame seeds and millet into a soymilk machine or a wall-breaking machine to make it into paste, and then add brown sugar to taste;
Third, peanut porridge.
Practice: Put peanuts and japonica rice together in the pot and add water to cook. After peanuts and japonica rice are cooked, add brown sugar to eat.
Fourth, mushroom, red dates and peanut soup.
Practice: Slice the mushrooms with an oblique knife, blanch them with boiling water, drain the water and put them into the soup pot. Mash peanuts, pour the pulp and residue into the soup pot, put red dates, shredded ginger and vegetable oil into the soup pot, simmer for half an hour on medium heat, reduce the heat for about 20 minutes, and add a little salt.
Five, papaya peanut red jujube soup
Practice: Peel papaya, remove seeds and cut into pieces, then pour it into the pressure cooker with peanuts and red dates, and add water to cover the fire. After the pressure cooker is sprayed with steam, the small fire can be extinguished in 20 minutes.
Sixth, kelp tofu soup.
Practice: After the oil is heated, add tofu and fry for a while, then add water, kelp and ginger slices. When the water boils, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes. When it is half-cooked, pour in mushrooms and cook together. Sprinkle some salt before cooking.
Seven, yam mushroom soup
Practice: First stir-fry ginger slices in hot oil, stir-fry the bought slender yam, mushrooms and edamame with a little oil, add water to boil, simmer on low heat until the soup is thick, and then add yam, which is easy to cook. Those who like tofu skin can go into the pot with mushrooms.
Eight, lotus root peanut soup
Practice: Wash lotus root, cut into pieces, stir-fry in a pot with a little oil, add more water to boil until soft, and add a little salt to serve.
Nine, five red soup
Practice: soak red beans and safflower raw in water for one night. Put red beans, peanuts and red dates into a casserole with water, cook until soft, and then add brown sugar and medlar 10 minute.
