——"Xuchang City Three Studio" Zhejiang Normal University training experience
Dear leaders and teachers, good afternoon!
? I am Zhang Yan, an assistant at Wang Fang’s studio. I am very honored to stand here and report to you some of my experiences studying at Zhejiang Normal University. On May 12th, a group of 84 people including some leaders and teachers of Xuchang City's "Three Studio" went to Zhejiang Normal University for a week of training. During this week, some hosts, principals, and head teachers from famous teacher studios in Zhejiang Province, as well as teachers from Zhejiang Normal University The professor introduced the studio construction, personal professional growth, class teacher management, etc., which gave me more understanding of the role positioning and class management of the studio. I will report to you from four aspects below.
1. Learning Overview
? This week, I listened to the reports of six experts and professors and visited five famous schools and famous teacher studios. Each expert and professor explained their work from a different perspective The construction and management of the room have brought us a lot from afar.
The first expert, Mr. Wu Leifeng, a teaching and research staff member of the Jiaxing Municipal Teaching and Research Office, elaborated on the studio’s growth report “Cultivating Subject Training Teams and Promoting Teachers’ Professional Development” from three points and nine aspects. In Teacher Wu’s high school physics studio, there are four types of members in the team organizational structure: 1. Core members (often encouraged); 2. Backbone members (with tasks); 3. Ordinary members (with inspections); 4. All members ( have goals). In terms of team building, let us help each other and drive growth, and lead the healthy development of the team through good teaching and thoughtful thinking, diligent study and echelon growth.
? The second teacher was Dr. Ruan Gaofeng from the Department of Educational Technology of Zhejiang Normal University. He used witty and humorous words and vivid and vivid presentations, which instantly attracted the attention of the students. . Through life examples such as WeChat and Alipay payments, Professor Ruan analyzed that the smart technology of mobile terminals has brought changes to people's lifestyles, but also had a huge impact on many traditional industries, and then transitioned to a reform in which traditional education is transforming into smart education. .
The third expert is Teacher Yang Shengda from Yiwu Middle School in Zhejiang Province. He is a senior teacher at Yiwu Middle School in Zhejiang Province and the host of the Physics Famous Teacher Studio in Zhejiang Province. "Borrowing wisdom for development" is the teaching resource optimization strategy of Teacher Yang's studio. Everyone's wisdom is unlimited. The educational and teaching resources of studio members: courseware, videos, teaching design, reflections, etc. are all placed on the studio website. It is for everyone to choose and use, and use wisdom to ignite wisdom. The "integration of knowledge and action" career planning proposed by Teacher Yang is worth learning.
The fourth person to give a report was the "legendary principal" of Tiantai Middle School - Principal Zheng Zhihu. Principal Zheng carefully selected good generals, established a famous teacher studio, and actively explored methods to issue certificates and train teachers. They bring out various methods such as out-of-town training to mobilize the internal driving force of studio teachers' professional development, promote normal learning, teaching and research follow-up, project research and other forms of training methods for studio members to promote the professional growth of studio teachers.
? "Diary Dad" Wu Xiaojun is the fifth teacher to appear. Teacher Wu is humorous and full of aura, especially his love for family and education and his strong sense of responsibility. It shocked every teacher present. During my 28-year education career, I have written more than a hundred diaries. The number is surprising!
How to be a problematic teacher? The sixth expert, Professor Li Runzhou from Zhejiang Normal University, explained the importance of the problem from four aspects: what is a problem, selection criteria for research questions, selection sources, and selection strategies.
? 2. Accurately understand the meaning and role of the studio and promote your own professional development.
? In the past, my understanding of the studio was: several people who pursue education and have ideals spontaneously organize together around a common goal, guided by famous teachers, Lesson polishing, reading sharing and other methods can enhance personal professional development. After this training, my role positioning and function of the famous teacher studio has changed.
When visiting the studio of famous teacher Teng Minjun of Binhong Primary School, the teachers in the studio introduced us to the situation of their studio. Binhong Primary School is named after Huang Binhong, a master of traditional Chinese painting. The school is named after "Happiness" Education" as the concept, and gradually create a tasteful and connotative Binhong education. Principal Teng Minjun established the Teng Minjun Famous Teacher Studio. On the first day when the members joined the studio, the host, Principal Teng Minjun, gave it to all the students. We have a silk scarf, which means: working members have the same warmth and tenderness as silk scarves, live beautifully every day, live with heart, and achieve their own wonderful lives. "Scarf life" has become synonymous with Teng Minjun's studio. After its establishment, the studio has focused on four major visions: 1. Let the studio become a platform for research; 2. Let the studio become a base for research; 3. The center of auxiliary shooting; 4. The cradle of the growth of famous teachers. Carry out organizational activities closely around the four major visions. The studio has its own room logo and its own activity theme. They organize a training activity every month, at a fixed time and at a fixed location, and the members of the studio participate on time. The monthly class discussion is called the grassroots research of the coffee grinding team. The implication is that coffee can be ground many times to have a long-lasting mellow taste. "Grassroots" The moral is that ordinary teachers come from the bottom, from the front line of teaching, but these teachers are very hardworking and persistent. What impressed me most was the auxiliary function of the studio. Each member of the studio used his own energy to auxiliary energy to drive the teachers around him. I was surprised by the divergent auxiliary function of the studio. I used to think that studios promote personal growth, as long as the teachers in the studio work together to move forward, but now I think it’s a bit too narrow-minded. Personal growth is necessary, but it also needs to promote the development of the surrounding teachers. If a good teacher makes a group of students, and a good principal makes a school, then an excellent teacher studio will make a group of teachers or even more teachers.
3. Persist in recording every story of educational life and make reflection a habit.
? On the afternoon of May 14th, Teacher Wu Xiaojun from Rongguang International School gave a wonderful report to everyone. The theme of the report was: Educational diary and teachers’ professional growth. Teacher Wu started from why to write diary and how to write it. Elaborate on these two points of writing a diary. I gained a lot.
Teacher Wu Xiaojun is an ordinary primary school Chinese teacher. Since teaching for 28 years, he has insisted on writing three kinds of diaries: his daughter’s growth diary, administrative diary and education stories, without interruption. Now, he has left He has more than a hundred diaries. Because of his persistence in writing and reflection, his deeds have been reported by many newspapers and television stations. From the introduction of teacher Wu Xiaojun, he has a deep love for his family and students. He said that since the day his daughter was born, he has insisted on writing a diary for her. The first time her daughter learned to walk, the first time she ate a buffet...he couldn't stop writing anymore, and now he is counting one by one*** There are more than 6,000 diaries. The daughter's growth diary is completed at home. She writes it every night before going to bed or in the morning. The father writes about his daughter as well. The father and daughter use the diary to communicate. The small details of the daughter's daily life are recorded one by one. Wu Xiaojun is affectionately called: Diary Dad by people around him. In addition to writing his daughter's growth diary, he insists on writing administrative diaries and educational diaries during teaching. By writing administrative diaries, he sorts out a week or a day's work, manages his own time, and writes educational diaries in order to reflect on some problems in teaching and reflect on them in a timely manner. Discovery, timely reflection, and timely rectification. Every day after the students have lunch, other teachers are commenting, talking about a certain leader, "pointing the country" and making remarks. Teacher Wu is at his desk recording his education story. Some incomprehensible behaviors of students were written down, photographed, analyzed, summarized, and tracked by Teacher Wu, allowing these special students to slowly change themselves. It was the diary that changed the students and recorded their growth. Teacher Wu said: "The diary records my own history, allowing me to know who I am, what my strengths and weaknesses are. Slowly, these sporadic and fragmented diaries have formed my teaching ideas, educational ideas and My outlook on talent, quality and parent-child education allow me to better understand myself and plan for myself.
I found that Mr. Wu is very good at managing time. He has 18 Chinese classes a week, two Chinese classes, one class teacher, and also serves as the vice principal. With so much work, he must be so busy and tired. Keep writing in your diary every day, it’s so incredible! But Teacher Wu Xiaojun took care of the work in an orderly manner, and every task was carried out in a lively and dramatic manner. Teachers with stories are wonderful, because they are the masters of time. Those of us who think that time is not enough and are less efficient seem to If you have not systematically planned your work and life, you need to reflect on this aspect next.
4. Professional development of our team
The one-week training has ended, which gave me a certain understanding of studio construction and personal professional development.
? I joined our studio in October 2018. In the past year, I have gained a lot. I would like to thank my guide, Principal Wang Fang, for allowing me to Be able to move forward persistently on the road to professional development.
The growth path of studio members:
Three days a week: an educational note, a calligraphy practice (soft pen or hard pen can be used), and an excellent educational recommendation article.
Three monthly chapters: one book per month, one reading experience, and one teaching reflection.

This is all the members of our studio. This is our regular monthly reading activity. This is a heterogeneous activity for the same class organized by the teachers in the studio in the Dongcheng District Teaching and Research Office (slideshow). If people don't learn, how can they live in peace and contentment? What's more, we are engaged in the profession of preaching, teaching, and answering questions. Therefore, next, I must study hard and think more to better improve myself.
