Jixing is lucky enough to make a fortune, and thousands of businesses are prosperous, and good fortune is prosperous, and everything is successful. In a couplet, it is necessary to distinguish which part is the upper couplet, which part is the lower couplet and which part is the lower couplet. Generally speaking, it can be distinguished by using the method of leveling, that is, looking at the last word of this couplet, the last word of the upper couplet needs to be leveled, while the last word of the lower couplet is leveled. For example, in this couplet, Wang is four tones, and four tones belong to it. Therefore, the upper part of this couplet is the upper part, while the lower part is the lower part. When pasting couplets, the upper part needs to be pasted on the right hand side, while the lower part needs to be pasted on the left hand side.

Couplets should be "paired", that is, they are composed of upper couplet and lower couplet. The number of words in the upper and lower couplets must be equal, and the content should be consistent, that is, the upper and lower couplets can be "linked" (flat and parallel), and two unrelated sentences can not be combined together casually to become couplets. Each couplet has its own specific meaning. When writing couplets, it is generally regarded as the bottom couplet with profound meaning, and the value of the top couplet is more in guiding role. The upper and lower links are basically causal, because they are upper links and the fruit is lower links.
