Second step
Clean hairtail, cut into sections, and cut several knives on the surface of hairtail to make hairtail tasty, but don't cut into sections.
Third step
The surface of hairtail is thinly covered with a layer of dry flour, and then the excess flour is shaken off.
Fourth step
Heat a non-stick pan and pour in about 1/2 cups of vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add hairtail and fry until both sides are golden.
