The structure of wheat:
The structure of wheat is divided into three parts: bran, germ and endosperm.
Bran is the skin of wheat, which mainly contains fiber, accounting for about12.5% of the whole wheat;
The main components of endosperm are starch and protein, and endosperm accounts for 85%.
Germ includes some vitamins, minerals and oils. Germ accounts for 2.5% of the whole wheat.
