Steps
1. Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces about 2 cm thick.
2. Add ginger slices and a little pepper and blanch the water.
3. After blanching, pour out the blanching water, rinse it with clean water, add appropriate amount of ginger slices, star anise, green onion knots, salt, soy sauce, sugar, water and use an electric pressure cooker to press the air 7 , unplug the power cord for about 8 minutes and let the pressure come down to open the pot.
