1. Fried dried fish with black bean paste and green pepper. Ingredients: 300 grams of dried fish, 1 green pepper, 10 grams of tempeh, 1/4 onion, 3 slices of ginger, a spoonful of cooking wine, appropriate amounts of light soy sauce/vinegar/salt and oil. Soak the dried fish in water for at least 3 hours in advance until it becomes soft. Wash and shred the dried fish, green peppers, onions, and ginger respectively and set aside for later use. Soak the black beans in water for 15 minutes and wash. Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fry ginger until fragrant. Add dried fish and stir-fry, add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add green pepper and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add salt and stir-fry evenly. Then add onion and stir-fry. Pour in the prepared tempeh and stir-fry evenly.
2. Steamed dried bream. Ingredients: One piece of dried bream, appropriate amount of cooking wine. A dried bream. Wash and cut. Place on a plate. Add cooking wine, green onions and ginger and steam in a pot. After steaming, it can be taken out of the pot.
3. Dried whitebait and fried eggs. Ingredients: 200 grams of dried whitebait, 1 egg, appropriate amount of ham juice. Soak the dried whitebait in water. Beat the eggs and stir together with the whitebait. Pour in appropriate amount of ham juice and mix well. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, pour in the beaten egg liquid and stir-fry. Quickly stir-fry the egg mixture until it forms lumps, then remove from the pan.
