Stir-fried pork with spring bamboo shoots

Spring bamboo shoots, pork, red pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, soy sauce, MSG, vegetable oil

1. Clean the spring bamboo shoots, peel off the skin, then boil water in a pot. After the water boils, put the washed spring bamboo shoots into the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, take them out and wash them again. Once, then cut into slices and set aside (because spring bamboo shoots are a bit astringent, they cannot be fried directly. You need to blanch them before frying so that they will not be so astringent)

2. Clean the pork and cut it into slices , put into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and oil, stir together evenly, and marinate to taste

3. Prepare ingredients: cut red pepper, garlic, and parsley and set aside.

4. Prepare the pan, pour an appropriate amount of oil. After the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry. When the color changes, take it out and drain the oil.
