Apple Pie
Ingredients: 16 tart crusts, 220g of diced apples, 10g of cornstarch, 10g of butter, 15g of honey or sugar, 15g of egg yolk mixture, sesame seeds, 100ml of water.
Methods:
1) Pour in the butter to heat it up and melt it, and then sauté the diced apples over medium heat for a few minutes, then add the honey.
② Stir-fry until the diced apples are soft, add the cornstarch and water mixture, when the sauce is thicker, start the pan, and serve until completely cooled.
3) Take the tart crust out of the freezer, tear off its silver coating immediately, add a good amount of cooled apple filling, wait until the crust is soft and then slowly pinch along the edges to tighten the closure, press the edges a little with a fork to beautify it, and scratch the surface with a knife a few times.
④ (at this moment preheat the oven 180 degrees for 5 minutes) Brush with egg yolk mixture, sprinkle white sesame seeds, bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Tips :
-Egg tart crust from the freezer out immediately tear off its noble silver coat, or soft easy to tear it!
-Don't pack too many traps, or they'll burst easily!
