Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the fine sugar and stir well.
Sift the low-gluten flour, corn starch and baking powder and pour them into the egg mixture.
Then pour in milk, melted butter and salt.
Stir well with an egg beater, and gently shake it a few times to eliminate bubbles.
Both sides of the waffle mold are heated by small fire and both sides are brushed with oil.
Turn off the fire, level the mold, pour in the waffle liquid and scrape it clean with a scraper. Don't pour too much, you can't see the grid below, just a little higher.
Close the mold, turn on a small fire, move the mold back and forth and fry for 2-3 minutes, and keep it open all the time to avoid over-frying. Be sure to move back and forth, or the heat will be uneven.
Take out the mold and let it cool, and enjoy it according to your own preferences.
