1. Alternate use of hot and cold towels
Immediately after waking up in the morning, apply a hot towel with a low body temperature, and then change it into a cold towel. 10 minutes or so can make dark circles fade by half. Because dark circles are mostly due to lack of sleep and abnormal blood circulation around the eyes, melanin precipitation occurs.
2. Cucumber hydrating eye mask
Cucumber eye mask can brighten skin tone, which is very suitable for late night use. Chop cucumber and mix it with yogurt, then wrap it in two green tea bags, add the mixed cucumber into it, put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, then take out the ice pack and put it on the upper part of your eyes for about 10 minute.
3. Do more eye massage+drink plenty of water before going to bed.
People who are prone to dark circles should do more exercise, or often do facial and eye massage to help local blood circulation of facial skin, and try to eat less salty or spicy food. Eating too much heavy food and drinking too much water before going to bed are the reasons for eye edema and pouch formation.
