Use and validity of Sodexho:

1. The purchaser/cardholder enjoys the right to use Sodexho in accordance with the regulations, and has the right to be informed of Sodexho's functions, methods of use, and charges and standards. Cardholders can use Sodexho to shop or enjoy services at authorized merchants.

2. If the purchaser/cardholder has any questions about the Sodexo card, he/she can confirm the acceptance status of Sodexo card with the cashier of the Sodexo merchant or call Sodexo Customer Service Hotline at 400 920 6001 to confirm the status of the Sodexo merchant prior to consumption. When the cardholder spends with Sodexo card, the authorized merchant will no longer provide invoices according to the law, and the cashier's slip issued by the merchant will be used as the proof of consumption.

3. Sodexo releases information on franchised merchants and the goods or services they provide only for the cardholders to be able to learn about the merchant information in a timely manner through the Internet, etc. Sodexo is not responsible for the source, quality, and after-sales service of the goods or services.
