Homemade Healthy Hot and Sour Hot Pot Base Steps
Home-made healthy hot and sour hot pot base < /p>
1. Peel the tomatoes (tomatoes, remove the tip, in the upper part of the cross "ten", into the boiling water until the skin burst, fish out, peeled) and cut into small pieces, millet chili pepper cut small, garlic peeled. After the onion patted and cut into sections, fresh shiitake mushrooms cleaned, cut.
2. Put the peeled tomato cubes, garlic, and millet chili into a beater and beat until a paste is formed
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the beaten tomato paste. Stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Add salt and moderate soy sauce to taste.
4. Add stock/water to the hotpot pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the sauteed tomato base, add green onion, mushrooms and you are ready to go
Tips
1. When peeling, don't let the tomatoes cook for too long, 1, 2 minutes or so will do. You can also remove the seeds from the tomatoes if you want the hot bottom to be smoother.
2. Use water to sprout mushrooms, removing the roots. You can also use tea tree mushrooms, your favorite mushrooms.
3. According to the size of your smasher, put the right amount of tomatoes. Don't overfill it, but if you have a small smasher, just break it up in batches.
4. When frying the ingredients, the oil temperature should not be too hot. If the oil is too hot, you will splash yourself when you add the tomatoes.
5. If you like sweet flavor, you can put some sugar. (A very small amount, just to bring out the sweetness of the tomatoes themselves)
