Proportioning method of authentic Zhao Shao juice
Boiling ratio: 50 ml of oyster sauce, 0/00 ml of soy sauce/kloc-,0/50 ml of cooking wine, 0/20 g of sugar/kloc-,3 cloves of garlic, 0/3 onions/kloc-,4 slices of ginger, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 aniseed and 80 ml of clear water.

Firstly, onion, ginger and garlic slices and seasonings are prepared;

2. Then put all the prepared slices of onion, ginger and garlic into a small pot, and then boil them in clear water to make them tasty;

Third, after all the spices are out of the pot, simmer slowly, and the spices don't have to be taken out. It takes about 20 minutes to cook until the soup is thick;
