1. Wash fresh motherwort and put it on the chopping block for later use.
2. Cut off the head and roots of motherwort, leaving the tail.
3. Boil water in the pot, add motherwort and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Put the fished motherwort into a big soup bowl.
5. Add lean meat, pig liver, pig kidney and small intestine to the pot and cook for 4 minutes. Season with salt.
6. Take out the meat and put it on the motherwort, then pour the soup in.
7. Put oil in the pot and squeeze the garlic into golden brown.
8. Motherwort soup can be eaten with garlic and some oil.
