Corn starch can be used to make taro balls. The method is as follows:
Preparation materials: 500 grams of corn starch, 2 purple sweet potatoes, half a taro, a handful of red beans, a cup of soybeans, and 5 grams of ester, one mango, two spoons of sugar, and a bottle of milk.
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Wash the taro and purple sweet potato, peel them, cut them into large pieces, and put them in the steamer.
3. Wash the red beans, put them into the rice cooker, and add appropriate amount of water.
4. Place the steamer basket on top.
5. Press the steam button and cook the red beans for one hour until they bloom.
6. Add appropriate amount of sugar to the cooked red beans, mix well to make honey red beans and set aside.
7. Put the steamed purple sweet potatoes and taro into large pots, and add corn starch in batches.
8. Knead the dough with your hands.
9. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces.
10. Sprinkle some powder on the bottom and place them spaced apart so as not to stick together.
11. Boil the water in the pot, add the taro balls and cook for 5 minutes. Remove them and immediately put them into ice water.
12. Add milk and it can be eaten.
