Dried kelp with cold sauce
Ingredients: dried kelp, carrot, oil, salt, pepper, red pepper, cooked sesame, onion, ginger, soy sauce, cold vinegar, sesame oil and sugar.
Steps:
1. Wash the salt powder on the surface of dried kelp with clear water, soak it with clear water, and change the water several times.
2. Cut kelp into several inches.
3. Blanch in hot water for two or three minutes, remove and drain for later use.
4. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and cold vinegar into a bowl of juice.
5. Cut carrots into shreds.
6. Put shredded kelp, shredded carrot and shredded red pepper together.
