Ingredients: shredded onion 10g, minced garlic 10g, coriander 20g, oil 20g, pepper 20g, bean paste 20g, millet pepper 50g and 2 eggs.
1. Beat the eggs into a bowl, mince coriander and millet pepper.
2. Pour oil into the pot, add shredded onion, minced garlic, pepper, millet pepper and bean paste and stir fry.
3. Add the eggs and fry them, then add water.
4. Sprinkle coriander after the soup is thick, or add seasoning according to your own preferences.
