The rice should be dry enough. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add some water (just a little). Dice sausage, radish and garlic moss (better taste). Chopped green onion, salt, cooking oil and Jiang Mo are also essential, because Jiang Mo can prevent rice from sticking to the nest.
When the oil is hot, pour the chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, eggs and garlic moss into the pot and start to stir fry. Stir fry gently. Then stir the rice evenly.
