30g of chili noodles, 20g of cooking wine, ginger, garlic and salt10g each.
Method:
1. Marinate beef with salt, cooking wine, ginger and garlic for about 1 hour.
2. Marinate with salt water for 40 minutes.
3. Cut the beef into strips and fry until it is crisp and tender. Sprinkle with Chili noodles.
