How to make delicious Tianmo

1 Place peanuts, Soak vermicelli, red beans, and fried bean skins in hot water; wash the millet and soak it in water for two hours.
2 Cook the soaked peanuts and red beans, remove and drain.
3 Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water to remove oxalic acid, take it out and squeeze it dry.
4 Tear the bean skin into small pieces and chop the vermicelli into two sections; put the five spices into the box and set aside.
5 Add water to the soaked millet and grind it into a paste.
6 Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add peanuts and fried bean skins and fry until slightly yellow and wrinkled. Set aside.
7 Put water in the pot and bring the material box to a boil over high heat.
8 After boiling for a while, take out the material box and add spinach, vermicelli, red beans, and peanuts. After the water boils, immediately pour in the millet paste and stir while pouring.
9 Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Pour the fried bean skin into the pot and stir with a spoon.
After 10 seconds, add salt and white pepper and remove from heat to form a sweet foam.
