1. Ingredients: Flammulina velutipes, Coriander, Carrot, Bean Curd Skin, White Meat.
2. Wash coriander and cut into large sections, peel carrots and shred white meat.
3. Remove the old roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash them and soak them in water for a while.
4. Cut the bean skin into 8 cm square pieces.
5. Take a piece of bean curd skin and add Flammulina velutipes, coriander segments, shredded carrots and shredded white pork in turn.
6. Roll it up from one end and tie it tightly with a toothpick.
