2 eggs
water
salt
chopped green onions
Steamed eggs, almost perfect steamed eggs! The practice of
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, and then use half of the eggshell of the egg as a container to add water. Each egg adds 4 eggshell water, so 2 eggs add 8 eggshell water! Please throw away the eggshell after adding it, throw it in the trash can, not in the bowl, thank you!
Use chopsticks to start circling in one direction, and don't break the eggs by conventional methods! Row for a while until the eggs are dissolved in water. Add salt and row for a while. You can put it aside.
Put water in the pot and cook it on the stove, and prepare chopped green onion at the same time, because even if the egg is scratched in front, there are still some small bubbles, which just makes use of the time to wash and cut onions to make the bubbles disappear.
Put chopped green onion in the egg mixture and wrap the bowl with aluminum foil. When the water boils, put the bowl in, turn down the fire a little, cover it, wait for 8 minutes, and it's done!
1. Boil the boiled water first, and let it stand for a while. The temperature is about 90 degrees. Do not put the boiling water in, and you must not open it if you want to turn the egg into flowers. Otherwise, the steamed egg has holes, because there are bubbles in the unopened water. This is very important.
2. Beat the eggs with salt until the end, put them in a steamer with boiling water, add at least Billy1:1,(personal preference), and steam for 5 minutes on high fire (I put 2 eggs, but more is to reduce the length).
3. Open the lid and put in chopped green onion (not so fragrant, and the hue is not good-looking), steam for another minute, open the lid and put in sesame oil, soy sauce, and finish!
Note: If you want to know if the egg is cooked, just put a spoon in the middle. If the water is clear, it means it is cooked.
