Preparation materials: sea salt (coarse) and quail eggs (freshly washed and dried)

Spread coarse salt in an iron pan (pot). A thickness of 5 mm will do.

Put quail eggs in the pot neatly. Cover the pot and turn on a small fire to heat up slowly.

Turn off the heat after burning for 5 minutes. Stew for another 5 minutes and serve. Remember to use a small fire, if it is too hot, the eggs will burst.
