Ingredients:
6 to 8 Argentine red shrimp
Small green onion
Slice of ginger
Two cloves of garlic
Four spoons of cooking wine
Salt to taste
Two spoons of olive oil
Recipe Directions:
1. Cut off and open the back of the shrimp, then use a knife to cut the shrimp meat along the back of the shrimp, and marinate the shrimp in a small amount of salt and cooking wine for 30 minutes.
2. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic into a bowl and pour two tablespoons of olive oil into the bowl, mixing well with chopsticks.
3. Take a little of the minced green onion, ginger and garlic from step 2 and rub it into the shrimp. Spread the tinfoil into an oven dish and place the processed red shrimp onto the tinfoil in a single line.
4. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius, place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 12 or 13 minutes.
