3. Colorful vegetable oatmeal cake: 2 tablespoons of instant oatmeal, 1 cup of fresh milk, 1/4 apple, 1/2 banana, and some raisins. Method: Pour appropriate amount of oats into the cup. Prepare oatmeal with half a cup of hot water. Add fresh milk to oatmeal and mix well. Slice apples and bananas and set aside. Add bananas and apples to milk oatmeal, sprinkle with raisins and it's ready to eat.
4. Colorful vegetable oatmeal cake: three tablespoons of instant oatmeal, one egg, half a carrot, three asparagus stalks, salt, and pepper. Method: Peel the carrots and cut them into slices, wash the asparagus, boil the water in the pot, add the carrot slices and asparagus, remove and chop them into pieces after they are cooked. Beat the eggs and add them to the oatmeal together with the chopped carrots and asparagus. Add a small amount of salt and pepper and mix well to form a thick paste. Heat oil in a pan, use a spoon to scoop up a large spoonful of colorful vegetable oatmeal paste, put it into the pan, and use a spoon to gently press it into a small cake shape. Fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Use kitchen paper towels to absorb excess oil from the pancakes after taking them out of the pan. Plate it and top it with any sauce you like, such as tomato sauce, salad dressing or sweet and spicy sauce.
5. Milk oatmeal drink: Add a cup (about 120 ml) of water and 20 grams of oatmeal to a small pot and bring to a boil. Crack in an egg and break it into pieces. When the egg is cooked, turn off the heat. (You can add a little sugar to taste) Pour in 100 ml of fresh milk (hot or cold can be decided according to personal preference) and drink.
