An eggplant
Exercise:
1, cut eggplant into pieces, brush oil and fry in an air fryer 180℃ for 20 minutes.
2. Chop 5 cloves of garlic and 3 pieces of millet, add 2 tablespoons of Chili noodles and 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds, pour in hot oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and stir well.
3. Bake the eggplant and cut it in the middle. Rub the eggplant meat with a few knives, pour in the sauce, spread it evenly, and put it in an air fryer 180 degrees 10 minutes.
