Ingredients
5 goose palms (wings)
A bowl of dried mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
< p>4 slices of gingerSalt
White sugar
Cooking wine
Soy sauce
Water
Step 1
Chop the palm wings into small pieces.
Step 2
Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water, squeeze out the water and soak again, repeat three times.
Step 3
Cut the ginger and crush the garlic.
Step 4
Because the oil will be released while frying, I just use a little fat cut from the goose wings to stir-fry for a while. Carefully remove the fat from the bottom frying.
Step 5
Saute until both sides are golden and half-cooked, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry briefly, then add cooking wine + soy sauce + sugar + water. You can control the amount by yourself. If you want to color it, you can change it to the old one. Smoke or add some oyster sauce. Water must cover the surface.
Step 6
Bring it to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 7
Cook until the water is dry, add salt and remove from the pot.
