Basic installation of nozzles and required accessories:
1. Basic decoration nozzles: including large and small round nozzles and multi-tooth nozzles (most commonly 6-tooth and 8-tooth).
2. Decorative bags: including the most commonly used disposable plastic decorative bags, cloth decorative bags suitable for hard batter (such as biscuits and puffs) and silicone decorative bags.
3. Mounting nozzle converter: it is used to replace the mounting nozzle conveniently, and is usually used to make cupcakes with different patterns for mounting.
Precautions for decorating cakes:
(1) When mounting cakes, both hands should cooperate tacitly, the movements should be gentle and flexible, and the force should be even.
(2) Be able to use operating posture and basic operating techniques correctly.
(3) The amount of raw materials put into paper bags or paper rolls should be appropriate. Too much or too little will directly affect the movement and exertion of the hand.
(4) Be familiar with the performance and characteristics of raw materials used, and be aware of them. For example, when the butter sauce is mounted on the cake and the part close to the palm is squeezed out at the back, the temperature of the palm tends to melt slightly and soften, and the shape or line of the mounted cake will be hand-poor, so it should be replaced in time.
(5) When mounting cakes, the patterns and lines should be clear, the lines should be smooth and natural, the size should be uniform, and the thickness should be consistent.
(6) When mounting cakes, it is necessary to operate from an artistic point of view, and the patterns or patterns mounted should be artistic.
