Main ingredients
1 papaya
1 box of pure milk
Accessories
Sugar
Appropriate amount of water
10 grams of grass jelly (white jelly)
How to make papaya jelly
1.
Put the papaya Peel the papaya and wash it with pure water. You can also use a clean cloth with oil-absorbing paper to absorb the water on the papaya.
2.
Cut off the front end of the papaya about 6 to 7 cm long, and use a spoon to clean off all the stuff in the middle of the papaya.
3.
Put the milk in a pot and bring to a boil over low heat. Pour in the grass jelly mixed with water evenly. Stir while pouring. When ready to boil, add an appropriate amount of sugar (according to personal preference). Add to taste) stir until boil turns off the heat.
4.
Pour the boiled milk into the middle of the papaya (it is best to put it in a cup to fix it), and shake the cup while pouring (the papaya will be filled more fully). Put the remaining milk in a cup (it will become milk jelly after cooling).
