Ingredients: chicken wings and seafood mushrooms
Wash the chicken wings, cut them into pieces, put them on a plate, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, chicken powder, pepper, cornflour, sugar, sesame oil and water, mix well and marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat the casserole, add garlic and shredded ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add appropriate amount of olive oil and stir-fry for a while.
Add marinated chicken wings and pour in proper amount of water.
Cover the pot. Bring the fire to a boil, turn it down for 20 minutes, uncover the lid, collect the juice, add the mushrooms, mix well and cook for 3 minutes, and turn off the fire.
When the whole pot is served, you can enjoy it beautifully.
