Method for making garlic scallop
Wash scallops and shells, pick out the meat, put it in a bowl and marinate it in cooking wine for a while.
Garlic is pressed into garlic paste by a garlic press.
Boiled vermicelli, soften and drain.
5 tablespoons minced garlic, stir-fry half and mix in. Add steamed fish and soy sauce, chicken powder, salt sugar and chicken essence and mix well.
