Ingredients
Half a small cauliflower, half a catty of fresh shrimps, fungus, onion
Method
1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash them Soak for half an hour, add an appropriate amount of salt to the water in the pot, add the cauliflower, and take it out when it is about halfway cooked
2. Peel the fresh shrimp into shrimp, add a small amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pot, add onion and saute until fragrant. Add fungus and stir fry first.
4. Add cauliflower and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of salt (do not add too much). (more, because salt has been added when fishing), a small amount of water, simmer for a while,
5. Add the shrimp and stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer until the shrimp all change color, add chicken essence and stir well.
