1 raw material: dried seaweed
Seasoning: vinegar, Japanese soy sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, peanuts, mustard sauce (optional) and Muyu flower.
3 practice?
1. Boil dried seaweed in water, wash it, put it in boiling water 1-2 minutes, take it out and cut into pieces.
2. Stir-fry white sesame seeds. Stir-fried peanuts, cool and crisp, and crushed.
3. Mix all seasonings with seaweed.
