2. Frozen storage. The applicable amount is small. Bamboo shoots stored in this way may not taste good when eaten again. Put a small amount of bamboo shoots into plastic bags or plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator. This method can save at most 1 week. Or peel the bamboo shoots, wash them, cut them into strips, cook them in boiling water, drain the water and put them in the freezer. This method can be stored for 1 year, and can be thawed after eating again. But this method can't preserve the taste of bamboo shoots well, and the taste will change.
3. Dehydration and preservation. The scope of application is relatively wide. It can be a small amount or a large amount. That is, peel the bamboo shoots, wash them, cut them into strips, sprinkle some salt, dry them in the sun, or marinate them in salt for a while, and then soak them in salt water. Dehydrated and pickled bamboo shoots can't taste fresh when eaten again, but this method also lasts for a long time.
4. Sand storage and preservation. It is mainly suitable for when the newcomers come back, the bamboo shoots are intact and not peeled. That is, spread wet sand with a thickness of 5cm on the bottom of the cylinder or barrel, then put the picked bamboo shoots on the sand, cover the bamboo shoots with wet sand until they touch the upper part of the bamboo shoots by 8- 10cm, and then seal the cylinder or barrel in a cool and ventilated place. Spray water on the sand regularly to keep the sand moist. This method can preserve bamboo shoots in moist soil, reduce water loss and fibrosis, and keep them fresh for 1~2 months.
