Minced Meat Eggplant
Ingredients: minced meat, eggplant, green onion, ginger, garlic, millet chili.
Seasoning Sauce: moderate amount of soy sauce, old soy sauce, vinegar, sugar; moderate amount of starch and water, mix well and set aside.
Practice:
Eggplant peeled and cut into long strips, put the pot to steam for five minutes;
