Method for making fresh konjac tofu
1, clean konjac with gloves, or you will be poisoned, itchy and swollen.
Step 2 wash and cut into pieces
What you do is to heat and grind the pulp. It doesn't matter much whether there is more water or less.
4. After grinding, add alkali and stir. Let it stay for four hours. Boil water on a big fire. After the water is boiled, cut the solidified konjac pulp into pieces and put it in. Cook on high fire for two hours, with less water.
5, cool after cooking, can be fried, can be hot pot, can be braised, and can be cold in summer. Do more freezing.
