On Monday (breakfast), after getting up in the morning, drink a small glass of water, then eat 1 apple, then drink a cup of soybean milk (preferably squeezed by yourself) and eat half a pancake (made of millet or corn).
Lunch: 1 apple. Or tomatoes and cucumbers. Then eat 1 pancake, and eat vegetables (if cooking, put less oil,). If you are still hungry, eat three walnuts, which will not only replenish your brain but also make your skin better.
Dinner:/kloc-0 per root cucumber or/kloc-0 per tomato. You don't have to eat if you're not hungry.
Tuesday to Friday is the same as Monday.
Saturday:
Breakfast: an apple, a packet of Shaqima and three biscuits.
Lunch: Eat some beef and fish properly. A pancake.
Dinner: a cucumber.
Sunday:
Breakfast: an apple. Half a pancake. A cup of soybean milk.
Lunch: half a pancake, 1 shaqima, an apple.
An apple for dinner or not.
If you don't have time at ordinary times, do more exercise on Saturday and Sunday by walking or jogging. Don't eat fried food, steamed bread and rice. Don't eat durian, mango or pineapple either.
It really works, and it's good for your health. It is best not to be more than 8 minutes full for lunch.
