Soak the vermicelli in hot water first, cut the onion into chopped green onion, and cut the garlic into minced garlic for later use. Put the opened oysters with shell and meat on the steamer one by one, and put soft vermicelli on each oyster. Put a little garlic on each one, and leave some garlic for last use. Steam on high fire for ten minutes.

Put oil in another pot and heat it. While the oil is heating, sprinkle the remaining garlic, shallots and salt on the steamed oysters one by one. When the oil is hot enough, turn off the fire and pour the oil on each oyster.

Load the plate and you're done. Sweet oyster with vermicelli, garlic and chopped green onion. More importantly, there is no meat!

Don't steam oysters for too long. If they are fresh enough, you can eat sashimi directly. So ten minutes is long enough.
