The research group has also actively promoted extensive project cooperation and student joint training programs with Fortune 500 enterprises and famous scientific research institutes: it has successively carried out project exchanges and cooperation with Purdue University, Michigan State University, Ohio State University, Washington State University, Ohio University, Institute of Microbiology of China Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, beijing university of chemical technology, Jiangnan University, Hunan University, China Petrochemical, China Petroleum, COFCO, Novozymes and Genentech. Every year, many well-known overseas university professors come to the research group to give academic reports and exchanges for graduate students, and some outstanding graduate students and undergraduates of the research group are funded to continue their doctoral studies in the United States with full scholarships.
