7. Pour walnut kernel, red dates, longan pulp, medlar and black sesame seeds in turn, stir them evenly, pour them into a mold covered with plastic wrap, flatten and compact them, and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
8. Take out the frozen and shaped Ejiao cake and cut it into pieces of appropriate size, and you can eat it, one piece a day.
