Prepare ingredients:
Pork ribs (I bought 22 taels a catty), one corn, one carrot, ten dried mushrooms (soaked in clear water), ginger slices, garlic, millet pepper and chopped green onion (potatoes can also be put if you like).
Pickled ribs: soak ribs in bloodletting water with clear water and corn starch. After washing, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of tomato sauce, a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, a spoonful of half starch, a little black pepper and a spoonful of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Exercise:
1. Heat oil in the pan, add the marinated ribs and fry until golden brown on both sides.
2. Add ginger, garlic, millet pepper and a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and saute until fragrant.
3. Pour clean water to remove ribs, add half a spoonful of white vinegar and half a spoonful of sugar, soak the remaining juice of dried mushrooms and pickled ribs, and boil over high fire.
4. After boiling, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, then add corn and carrots and continue to simmer for 10 minute. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds (no white sesame seeds).
