Decision of Jilin Municipal People's Government on the Fourth Batch of Cancellation and Adjustment of Administrative Examination and Approval Items

In order to fully implement the administrative licensing law and reduce administrative links, the municipal government has comprehensively cleaned up administrative examination and approval items on the basis of the previous three clean-ups of administrative examination and approval items. After review, it was decided to cancel 57 administrative examination and approval again and adjust them to 6 after the event. As of the date of promulgation of this decision, the administrative examination and approval items cancelled by this decision shall be suspended; Items that are adjusted to be filed after the event in this decision shall be implemented in accordance with the items filed after the event. All departments should take the implementation of the administrative licensing law as an opportunity to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, further standardize administrative power and behavior, transform government functions, speed up the reform of the administrative management system, update management concepts, innovate management methods, conscientiously carry out the cancellation and adjustment of administrative examination and approval items, and earnestly strengthen follow-up supervision and management.
