How to make oven roasted chicken thighs ?

Take out the chicken thighs and soak them in water for 30 minutes to remove the blood. Change the water 3 to 4 times during this period.

Cut the washed chicken thighs with a few cuts, take a large bowl, pour in the Orleans marinade, moderate black pepper and salt, and add a little water to make the marinade sauce. Place the chicken thighs in the bowl to coat well with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for about 20 hours.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then turn the oven on, sprinkle with cumin and chili powder and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. (I like mine a little charred, so the temperature is a little higher and the baking time is longer. Normal 200 degree baking for 25 minutes is fine).

Freshly baked chicken thighs are so crispy on the outside and tender on the inside that you can't stop eating them!
