Ingredients: jujube 10g, ginger 5g, brown sugar 5g, rock sugar 5g, water 1000ml.
Step 1: Peel ginger and cut it into filaments, as shown below:
Step 2: Add water, shredded ginger, rock sugar, brown sugar and red dates to the pot and boil it over high fire, as shown in the following figure:
Step 3: After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for 5- 10 minutes, as shown below:
Step 4: Finally, put the cooked Jiang Shui into a bowl, as shown in the following figure:
