Step diagram of how to cold-season fresh shellfish, and how to do it.
1. Wash the fresh shellfish meat, put it in a boiling pot, blanch it, cool it to control the water, cut it into pieces and put it on a plate;
2. Mix minced onion, ginger and garlic, soy sauce, white sugar, refined salt, sesame oil and vinegar into juice, and pour in fresh shellfish and mix well;
3. Put the hot sauce in a small dish and dip the fresh shellfish in it.
