Mr. Ding Feng: 1972, 1972, born in February, is an intermediate accountant and is currently an executive director of the seventh board of directors of the Company. Mr. Ding graduated from Tongling College and joined the Group on 1994. He used to be the deputy director of Tongling Conch Finance Department, the chief financial officer of Anhui Zongyang Conch Co., Ltd. ("Zongyang Conch"), the deputy financial director of the Company, the director of Jiangxi Regional and Guizhou Regional Management Committee, and the deputy general manager of the Company. He has rich experience in financial management, enterprise management and project acquisition and merger. Mr. Ding is currently the chief economist and deputy chief accountant of Conch Group, and the supervisor of Wuhu Conch Profile Technology Co., Ltd. (listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 0006 19).
