Tomb-Sweeping Day is an important annual festival with a long history. Legend has it that Tomb-Sweeping Day first began in the Han Dynasty in China, and the "First Emperor Rain Festival" rose in commemoration of the thirty-eighth year of the founding of the Western Han Dynasty (BC 1 13). Because there is an activity to commemorate Qin Shihuang on July 15, it is named Qingming Festival, and Tomb-Sweeping Day is also called the Rain Festival of Qin Shihuang.
